Terms of service

You need an account to use Rep Ready, including the free trial. Give us accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.

Every new account gets 7 minutes of voice practice at no cost and with no card. After that, you can start a paid plan.

Paid plans

Paid plans bill from day one. You add a card when you start a plan, and your card is charged the plan’s monthly price that day. You can cancel any time.

Team trial

A team plan can start with a 7-day free trial, once per owner. If the owner doesn’t cancel before it ends, their card is charged the team’s monthly price on that day.

Monthly billing

• Plans renew every month on the same date until you cancel.
• Voice minutes reset at the start of each billing month and do not carry over.
• Prices are in US dollars and may not include tax.

You can cancel any time from Settings, then Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

We don’t refund partial months, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong with a charge, tell us and we’ll look into it.

If your manager adds you to a team, your company pays for your practice and can see your practice sessions, scores and transcripts inside that team. Leaving the team ends that access. Team owners agree to these terms on behalf of their company.

Use Rep Ready to practice selling. Don’t:

• Upload recordings of people who haven’t agreed to be recorded.
• Try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.
• Share your login or resell access.
• Use the homeowner to produce content that is unlawful or abusive.

Your recordings, transcripts and scenarios belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them so we can run the service, score your reps and show you results. See the privacy policy for how we handle them.

Scores and feedback are generated automatically and are meant for practice. They are not a guarantee of how a real homeowner will respond, and they are not an employment assessment.

You can delete your account any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other users at risk, or doesn’t pay. If we close a paid account for no fault of yours, we’ll refund the unused part of the current month.

Rep Ready is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the homeowner’s replies or your scores will be accurate, or that practice will improve your sales results.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Waveflow LLC and its members, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, sales, data or goodwill, arising from or related to Rep Ready or these terms, even if we were told they were possible.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to Rep Ready or these terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100.

Some places don’t allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

If someone brings a claim against Waveflow LLC because of content you uploaded, your misuse of Rep Ready or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim, including legal fees.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Idaho, and you and we both consent to their jurisdiction.

If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term isn’t a waiver of it. You can’t transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of Rep Ready. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Rep Ready.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Rep Ready after that means you accept the new terms.
