Do I need a card for the free 7 minutes?
No. Create an account and you get 7 minutes of voice practice, enough for a full rep and a score, maybe two. You only add a card when you start a plan.
When am I charged?
The day you start a plan. Pick one and add your card on Stripe’s secure checkout page. You pay the first month and get the full plan right away.
After that you’re charged on the same date each month until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from Settings, then Billing. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you’re not charged again.
Can I switch plans?
Any time, from Settings, then Billing. Changes start right away. Upgrading charges the difference for the rest of the month so you get the extra minutes now. Downgrading credits the unused part to your next bill.
What happens if I run out of voice minutes?
Text practice keeps working on every plan, and your voice minutes refill on your next billing date. Need more before then? Buy a minute pack from Settings, then Billing. Packs never expire and are used after your monthly minutes. If you’re running out every month, the next plan up is the better deal.
Is my card safe?
Payments run through Stripe. Rep Ready never sees or stores your full card number.
Can my manager pay for my account?
Yes. Your manager starts a team for one monthly price, with unlimited reps and a shared pool of minutes, and invites you by email. Point them to Rep Ready for teams.
