Delete your Rep Ready account

1. Open Rep Ready and go to the You tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Type your email to confirm, then tap Delete account.

1. Log in at repready.net and open Settings.
2. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Can’t log in? Email support@repready.net from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm it’s you and delete it within 30 days.

Cancel any active plan first, and if you own a team, hand it to another owner or end its plan. The app tells you if either of these is still open.

We delete your profile (name, email, company and role), your sign-in, and every practice session: transcripts, scores and feedback. Voice audio is never stored after a rep ends. Deletion finishes within 30 days.

We keep payment and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then delete them.
